Last night I managed to squeak in and get gas before it shoots up in price.  So far it hasn’t jumped more then a couple cents in Ontario.  I now have 3 grades of gas in my car after going up to Pioneer in Paris.  I got there and the place is packed, but I managed to sneak in and get a pump almost right away.  I popped my credit card in and pumped all of $2.12 worth of Silver grade gas at 102.9.  So I tried the Gold variety of gas, again putting my credit card in and very slowly yielding $7.26 of gas before it ran out.  It was 108.5, which I figured was a decent price given Corina had just payed 180.2 on her way home from Hamilton.  Then for a third time around I tried the Platinum variety, which cost 113.7, and got about $22 worth of gas to finish off my tank.  Hopefully my car doesn’t explode or something from having mixed grades in there.  I already have enough problems with it as it is.  It’s pretty bad that gas has jumped in price so much that you think you’re getting a deal if it’s below a dollar.  Horseapples I say!
