I can officially say I am in the Halloween spirit. This has come about today because I officially have brewed my badass Halloween costume idea. At the moment it’s top secret. I know I can pull it together through items on eBay I’ve already sourced. I can’t wait. I find I’m always ho-hum on the whole Halloween deally until I figure out what my costume is going to be. Last year I was fictional black and white film star Chet Atkins. I wore all grey, painted all my exposed skin white and baby powdered my hair. It went over pretty well. I ended up winning the best costume award, but instead gave it to Steve(who I narrowly edged by 1 vote) because I kinda helped purchase the award. It was disappointing because the prize for best male costume was a Mr T bobblehead, and who in their right mind wouldn’t want to have one of those puppies?

Corina and I seem to have taken to hosting Halloween parties, which is pretty cool. Hopefully my neighbours don’t have a bird when I have a bunch of people over, but I guess we’ll find out.  We’ve had people over before without too much rhubarb, but that was when I was on the bottom floor.  Either way there is going to be awesome punch, but unfortunately, no pie(by Corina’s edict).
