Tonight I’m going to see Oasis.  Should be interesting.  Corina noted on her blog that I didn’t seem to be that hyped about the concert, and she’s right.  While Oasis are my favourite band and I love seeing them live, this show is the second time they will have played Toronto on the tour to support Don’t Believe The Truth.  Their setlist remains relatively unchanged, with the possible additions of The Masterplan and Supersonic back into the mix.  Aside from that, the only difference is going to be the venue, as they will play the Air Canada Centre for the first time ever.  I think the part I’m most excited about it getting some decent pictures from the concert.  I got a Kodak DX7590 after christmas and haven’t really put it through it’s paces.  Everytime Oasis plays the Molson Amphitheatre they have a no camera policy, which is absolutely retarded.  The ACC has no such policy, so I should be able to get some great shots with my 10x zoom and having floor seats.

My weekend was pretty decent.  We went out on Friday for St Patrick’s day and did the Paris circuit.  I had a couple Guinness and they weren’t too bad.  I really didn’t like it the first time I tried it, so I hadn’t really given it another shot until now.  I saw tonnes of friends out on the town.  My friend Chance actually has a job, which was pretty shocking.  Chance was one of those friends who was basically perma-unemployed, so it was good to see.  I also found out 4 of my friends who I used to hang out with back in the day are getting married.  It was pretty unreal.  Shows how out of the loop I am.  It was great seeing alot of old friends out on the town.

I also got some really funny news as well.  My sister is officially moving into one of the apartments in my building.  She had been looking for a bit for places in the greater metropolitan Paris area and hadn’t really found much, so they ended up taking the place that was available in our building.  It’ll be like old times with my sister living upstairs.  Luckily my sister and I get along quite well, so it should be fun.  This comes on the heels of Kevin and Courtney getting a place in Paris as well.  And of course everyone is moving in April 1st, so we’re going to have to have some split moving crews among our group to get them all moved in.
